Amerging Bio is the biomanufacturing venture of Amerging Technologies, a manufacturer of bioreactors, fermenters and process equipment. We give food-biotechnology companies a practical route from laboratory results to reliable, scalable production.

Why we started Amerging Bio

For 20 years, Amerging Technologies has designed and built customised bioreactors and bioprocess systems for research labs and manufacturers. Again and again, we saw the same pattern: brilliant science that stalled because there was nowhere accessible to prove it at pilot scale or run early production.

India has a deep fermentation and engineering base, and a fast-growing food-biotech ecosystem. What it lacks is flexible, appropriately sized infrastructure for companies moving from development to market.

Amerging Bio exists to close that gap — using our own engineering to build capacity that fits the process, and making it available to the innovators who need it.
